4K UHD - Alternative audio thread

A handful of syncs I've done to 4K titles:

Smokey and the Bandit (DVD mono source)
Batman 89 (DVD 5.1 AC3 source)
Fellowship of the Ring (both the DVDs AC3 5.1 ex track and the DTS cinema track at 44.1khz 24fps)
Braveheart (Blu-ray TrueHD 5.1 source but I really want to get the tracks off the LD)
Back to the Future (DVD AC3 5.1 source)
Shrek (DTS Cinema Source, as well as the original DVDs AC3 and DTS tracks)

I also did the DTS-ES discrete track of Gladiator to the Blu-ray which may or may not sync to the 4K release.  That track is VICIOUS.
I own the Back to the Future 35th anniversary Set (standard Blu-ray version same transfer as the 4K set back in 1080p and Previous Blu-ray 5.1) but I wanna know what’s the difference between the DVDs 5.1, Blu-ray 5.1, and the Atmos mix exclusive to the 4K set.
Edit I knew there was something a bit wonky with Top Gun in Atmos. As for the 1st dvd not sounding so as good as the THX LD AC3 It could be compression.

I honestly haven't listened to the Blu-ray track for Back to the Future so I couldn't personally comment, but someone I know familiar with the prints advised that the DVD is much more faithful.  I did take a listen to the Atmos track, and while it has good fidelity, it's a totally different mix, complete with some different sound effects.  Very noticeable during the finale at the clock tower.

I know the Blu-ray 5.1 changed one of the takes of Doc Brown from the original theatrical stereo mix in BTTF 1 and BTTF 2 changed The shotgun sound effects from Looney Tunes to a more modern gun SFX.These are the only changes I know, probably because I don’t have the LPCM laserdisc audio to compare it to.

DVD or Cinema DTS? Because the 2000 DVD’s DTS-ES was amazing for its time, despite being a remix or an all new mix created from the original stems. DD-EX was The original theatrical mix.

How's the Smokey and the Bandit DVD mono compare to the mono on the 40th anniversary blu-ray?

I finally managed to procure the 70mm mix of Top Gun from the 1999 DVD but I don't know how to sync it to the 4K UHD.
Should I share the raw, unsynced 70mm mix here?

It was DVD sourced. I’d love to get a hold of the cinema DTS to compare!

Thanks I take it it is from the 2000 DVD, given that reputation it can hold its own despite it not being full bit rate.

It’s the original pressing yep. I thought of selling it ages ago when I got the Blu-ray but I thought this is special and I better keep it. Glad I did!

3D BD DTS-HD MA to UHD: -2223ms

The various sound mixes for JP have been discussed at length here and elsewhere. Apparently all pre-BD mixes (including the original cinema DTS) have some sort of vocal distortion. The consensus generally is that the best sounding mix is from the 3D version of the movie. Fortunately this syncs to the UHD with the above offset.

Gave this a watch the other day and noticed the sound seemed out of sync on the 3D Audio. Re-ripped both discs and determined an offset of -2445ms. These are the two versions I have:
