If I remember correctly, certain videocassette releases of Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone, as well as the original DVD release (all right eye only) were open matte at 4:3.

Curious if this open matte version of Terminator 2 is the same as the one available on the spleen.

List updated - some of the titles you have added in the latest post could be not be added, though... please take a look and eventually repost here, thanks!

theterminatorfans website shared full frame Super35 images from Terminator 2's 3D master. Colour and contrast are horribly washed out and de-grained. But You see the full 4:3 image without any cropping, unlike the Pal 4L3 DVD which was selectively framed.
I am almost certain that now an open matte 1.78:1 cable HD version of T2 will be available on telly, just like the open-matte broadcast version of Titanic. Keep an eye out folks T2 open matte might be on TV soon.

You really listed also Food of the Gods 2? Ahah. If you start with that kind of movies you'll need to buy a dedicated server to host all the entries
I'll remember to pass you more titles (basically every VHS tape I have that doesn't state "widescreen"!)
AKA thxita on OriginalTrilogy
I preserve movies as they first appeared in Italy.
