I was told that the 2007 UK DVD of Super Mario Bros (which is in anamorphic widescreen) uses the same HD transfer as the Second Sight BD and has a Pathe/Hollywood Pictures/Allied Filmmakers combo.
However, I also heard there's an earlier UK and French DVD (both being the same disc in 4:3 letterbox and Eng+Fra tracks) from 2000(?) that has the 1987-2003 Entertainment Film Distributors logo (alongside Allied Filmmakers) seen per the LQ videos.
I'm happy to pool resources on this one. Today I asked about the 2007 disc on Twitter and someone responded that they thought they had it, they only had the disc, no box:
They sent me a video of the disc loading up, and the start of the film, so I can confirm that this one does not have the Entertainment Film Distributors. Perhaps it's on the discs issued before 2007.
Maybe we should come up with a list of discs that we've confirmed don't have it.
Despite being in the UK I've only ever owned the Region 1 disc.
If I find any leads I'll let you know.

I can also confirm that this 2007 Metrodome disc does not contain the Entertainment Film Distributors logo, so that's both UK 2007 discs ruled out despite me hearing one of them had the logo. Why Metrodome released two in 2007 I have no idea.
I just saw this for a couple of pounds so thought I'd take the chance. I'll keep an eye out for the older, 4:3 discs.

Both Metrodome DVDs are the exact same, one is a standard edition (that was also sold in a cheap disc in-sleeve version at newsstands) and the other says special edition but is only special in the case and artwork.

Time for another finding update.
I recently got the KL BD of Scream And Scream Again and Redemption's Orchard End Murder (added to reach the $25 threshold to get free shipping) cheap off Amazon. While my intent was to nab the AIP logos off Scream And Scream Again since I missed out on the Twilight Time issue, I discovered KL's reissue also has the UK theatrical version as a bonus (from a 35mm print). Assuming the UK print would sport a Nat Cohen EMI or Anglo-Amalgamated logo (according to IMDB), this appeared after the BBFC card
I've known of the Black and White version that appears on StudioCanal's BD of the Servant, but never knew there was a later color logo that zoomed in like the Looney Toons WB shield. $15 well spent!
Orchard End Murder was also a pretty good gamble as that has the super rare GTO logo in HD
Even though it looks to be culled off a 35mm release print, it's in native HD and still beats out the SD upscale I made!
I've managed to get a low quality but acceptable version of the Entertainment Film Distributors logo for my project, but do you know if the theatrical version contained any audio? Even though I must have seen it in the cinema I can't remember. The home video version contains a jingle but all the various low quality versions of the theatrical one I've seen have been silent.

I think the jingle for the home video version was also used for the theatrical version, although depending on the film its not uncommon for there to be a silent version like any other distributor tags.
OTOH, did you end up sourcing one of the YT videos or have you managed to get one of the SMB non-anamorphic DVDs? If not off SMB, then what other title had it?

In the end I just got one of the ones from YouTube and did what I could to tidy it up. I'll be keeping my eye out for the non-anamorphic DVDs though. There's so much conflicting information out there about the UK DVDs.

Update once again:
An anonymous source has informed me of the 2001-2004 United International Pictures logo being spotted on a 2003 movie called La Flaqueza del Bolchevique (The Weakness of the Bolshevik). He supplied me HD footage from the films trailer on Itunes Spain (capped through his AppleTV 4k via HDMI) that has the UIP logo intact on it.
He says the movie is available to rent/buy in HD on Itunes Spain and France (?) and should have it there too going by a 360p YT rip floating around, so I await what he finds. Ether way, this finding only leaves the long version of the 2004 UIP logo to be found in HD.
