Those tracks would be useful... 
SIDENOTE: a good friend provided the laserdisc DTS, along with PCM and AC3!!!

I believe this DTS audio track was yet another mix.
So you would have:
LD AC3 = remix #1 for Home Cinema
LD DTS and others = same as Cinema DTS
DVD DTS 5 stars collection = remix #2 for Home Cinema

Not to flog a dead horse or anything, but I would love to see this project continue. Happy to help in any way I can. Whether it be finding and purchasing sources for audio, etc. @ spoRv, how did you go with the video side of things?
