No trouble at all. I've now ripped the 70mm 5.1 track. Please drop me a PM if you would like the link.
Note that I haven't checked whether or not it syncs to the theatrical BD. It's just a straight rip from the UHD.

Yes. As well as the 35mm 2.0 but presumably this is the same 2.0 track that can be found on previous BD releases.
