Maybe @borisanddoris can help. He has some very vivid recollections of movies projected around this time period.

I got a hold of the BHD DVD. The LFE is a bit louder then the Cinema DTS, but not as loud as the UHD. Here's the waveforms, top is CDTS (increased the standard 6dB), middle is DVD, bottom is the DTS-HD track on the UHD.

The DVD has some louder spots but is basically the same level as the Cinema DTS. The UHD looks just plain jacked-up.

Cinema DTS of Tarzan is now available. Synced to the US BD release. Thanks to Turisu for providing the files.

Tech Info
The raw AUD files were converted using the APT-X100 foobar2000 plugin, resampled to 48KHz, and slowed down to 23.976 FPS. Surround's have been lowered -3dB and LFE increased +6Db. Final encode is a BD compatible DTS-HD file, muxing to MKV requires an offset of -21ms.

Awesome!!!

Thanks a lot! One of my favorite Disney 2D animations along with Hercules.

Speaking of which, that should make a really great Cinema DTS as well Smile

ps: Considering how Disney has treated both of them since the theatrical release, I guess wishing for an UHD is a bit of a stretch. The BDs will have to do for a long time I guess.

Excellent release!!!

Curiosly enough, I couldn't belive that had thought "It would be fantastic to have a Speed cinema track to go with the UHD" just one day before before you posted it!
Talk about a sync of thought right there LOL

Thanks again for your great releases!

Titanic cinema DTS to BD sync is finally complete. Huge thanks to Turisu for providing the files.

I've synced it to the 3D blu-ray (with both discs combined into one file), but I believe it is also in time with the standard 2D blu-ray. I haven't done a full listening comparison, but just from what I've heard and seen in the waveforms this track is pretty intense. Also the BD track has it's high and low ends filtered. You can pretty easily see what I mean, here's the climax where it's most visible (the filtering exists throughout the whole track):

Movie: Godzilla: Final Wars (2004)
Source: ????
Input: AC-3 192 kb/s 2 channels
Output: AC-3 192 kb/s 2 channels (untouched)
Synced To: R1 Sony BD (with +1856ms offset)

This is an alternative Japanese dub for Godzilla: Final Wars. It's mostly the same as the audio on the blu-ray, but the English speaking characters are dubbed over in Japanese (if you've never seen the movie, the American characters all speak English in the original Japanese dub). I don't know where it came from, it was on an old crappy rip I had before getting the BD. I assume it's from an official Japanese DVD or BD because it doesn't sound like an unofficial dub. I figured I'd make it available to any other curious Godzilla fans.
