I'm Gammelkasten, also known as MrK at some forums. Since I'm working as projectionist at one of the last analogue cinemas in germany I'm a big fan of analogue film, scanning prints and restoring unique versions of films. I've specialized myself in restoring old and german dubs of movies wich were misstreated by the major labels in the last years.

Looking forward to be a part of this community.

New user here. Interested in 35mm and Fanres projects.

I watched the 25th Anniversary DVD tonight and researched to find out there is no Blu-ray with the restored 139 minute cut, just the 117 minute theatrical version.

I did read that for a time the master for the DVD had an iTunes HD stream made from it that's no longer officially available anywhere.

Anyone know of or working on a restoration using that and the Blu-ray? It's just a shame this movie seems to have been mistreated by Disney.
