Cameron says original DP Adam Greenberg helped him with the colors of the new 4K & 3D remaster, and it is Greenberg who suggested it needed to be "more cyan" (at least regarding some shots of it anyway). http://www.wired.co.uk/article/terminato...-interview

I watched the Q&A after the Berlin screening and he talks about the truck windows fix. My guess is that he considers that to be a fix as it is altering the action on screen (windsheld used to fall out, now it doesn't). With the face replacement he could argue that the shot plays out the same, just with Arnold's face instead of Arnold's stuntman wearing a mask. Perhaps the old photochemical 35mm prints were more forgiving than the new 4K scan. To be honest I'm expecting little fixes here there and everywhere but I imagine I'll be too wrapped up to notice. I am as excited to hear it as much as watch it. It surprises me that there is almost no talk about the sound, whether it's been remixed etc.

Nope, the stunt double were clear at the cinema on release day... yes, you're right, he probably think this changes the action onscreen whereas the other fix don't.

To be fair the masks were state of the art at the time.

In the future, I might do a restoration including 3D and 2D versions, the Cinema Digital Sound mix, the best-sounding THX LD mix, and the current DTS mixes. I also plan to do a partial 3D version of The Making of Terminator 2: Judgment Day, a promotional cassette released by Carolco through Live America around the time of the original release in 1991. And if the 4K version retains the grain, I might also be able to do a 4K version at some point (obviously not as a physical release for the time being, as I want to keep things within specs for any format in which I release my projects).

Is this 120fps?
I understand the theory of capturing in 120fps (like Douglas Trumball is pioneering) for down conversion, but taking something that is say 30fps, and converting to 120fps, then converting to what ever fps your project is surly going to cause some problems!
