I downloaded a Polish version recorded from TV, it seems to be very similar to Shout (although very compressed): blu horizontal lines are still there but not the vertical one and no moire effect. However, it's terribly cropped, especially at the sides. It will be useful to reconstruct some parts though.
I had no idea that Koreans yet had a different version

AFAIK it uses the Shout master, but I think the bitrate was different. I am home August 19., if I don't forget, I can check the Korean Disc.

I'm using Magic Bullet suite for Adobe (the function called "MisFire Gate Wave" in particular) to shake the Italian titles that I recreated and make them look like they are not just a still image. I fiddled a bit with the three settings available (Wave frequency, amplitude and noise frequency) but I just can't be subtle. The US Bluray of EFNY has very sturdy titles but you can still see a little movement here and there. Anyone has experience with this and can recommend specific settings?

Couple of videos to show the before and after, however it's not completed yet. Still plenty to do... plenty. What a tedious job.

Thank you guys, it's nice to hear good feedbacks. Around every hour spent painting off the damn line I often ask myself "why am I doing this?"
I'm considering limiting myself to remove the line only when it's against black elements (the helicopter and later the black sky) and leave it when it touches the bridge, or it'll never be done. We will see. At least for now it's away from the face of Tom Atkins and from the pan on the helicopter, which was the most fastidious to see
