I think you're right spoRv, it does look like you can use tsmuxer, it's a case of having to correct the corresponding stream/clipinfo/playlist files. Plenty of info/tutorials online

I already tried tsMuxer, maybe I should have added it to the list. It does play on my PC but I don't have a playstation or BR player to test it but its supposed reduced-compatibility with BR players is not the main reason why I discarded it, my issue is that tsmuxer doesn't allow me to make a playlist (if there is a tutorial on internet about this please do link it for me) so I won't be able to insert the warning at the beginning and the thanks at the end, they play as separate files. Plus I think it also had a problem with making chapters. I dropped adobe encore almost immediately after I found out its stupid limitations, so I didn't even consider it. It's good for DVDs though but definitely not a possibility for BRs unless you stay under 24mbps bitrate.

Well guys, sorry to say but I might have to make a single video file that incorporates small clips appearing before and after the film so I can easily produce a BR with tsMuxer. I really hate the idea but the BR authoring software available to me is giving me no other option really.

Any idea if I should select or deselect "continually insert sps/pps" on tsMuxer when creating a blu-ray iso/blu-ray folder? I find contrasting info on the internet about this
