Raiders of the lost ark
The problem is not teal because it was always part of photochemical colour timing during the celluloid era; the problem is the digital colour grading of T2 3D looks artificially boosted, overexposed. Those yellow skins make it seem like Arnie has Jaundice!! It has already been established through stills of 35mm and 8mm Derran prints that T2 had a contrast-y, deep blue-purple and teal timing. The 2017 grading indeed looks closer to the Blu-ray than the film prints and is thus revisionism.
The VHS, laserdisc, DVD and BD were also revisionist since they strayed from T2's original 35mm photochemical look.

Don't bother it's only a trailer. Trailers seldom reflect the final product, as they often done in parallel to the work on the actual master.
There's two trailers and none look the same, so it's easy to tell they won't reflect the final version.

One of the YouTube trailers looks like a re-encode which messed up the colour space. There is a possibility that the trailer was lifted from the 3D master which would account for the brightness/heavy degraining.
On a side note I picked up a copy of the first squeeze LD (PILF-2187) last week... many (many) scenes are reminiscent of the 35mm film cells. And the sound...wow. Just wow

I thought the squeeze LD was from an incorrectly timed element, for example missing the blue photochemical pushing in many of the night scenes. Does the hospital chase have a blue tint or does it look "normal"?

It varies between purple/bluish and natural. The future war has purple with the blue and the steelworks goes between yellow and orange. I should have taken notes! I think it is probably an uncorrected IP scan. It probably wouldn't take much to correct it to the 35mm cells. I imagine I'll be watching it again this weekend

yeah the sound on the squeeze is just astounding

Could you send the squeeze's sound, and also some high-quality screencaps and a just-over-a-minute-long full video clip of the T-800 stepping out of the bar and taking that guy's sunglasses from the squeeze, to me via PM? Thanks!

I'd like to see the MUSE disc someday. The pics from the LDDB made it look pretty close to Servo's 35mm pics (lots more blues/purples).
(I once thought the pics were of the squeeze LD only to realize it was the other way around)

I remember to everyone that, thanks to MrBrown, I have the squeezed LD soundtracks (PCM and AC3 - still have, eventually, to capture the analog mono, if needed); still waiting to know to which version I should put the AC3 in sync with, or I can always release it "as is", but then you have to work with Avisynth to put it in sync...
