This was done but in watching it, I still wasn’t 100% satisfied with the EE removal. There was still shots that were bugging me. And the EE is what really ruins this master. Makes the movie look super artificial.
So I’ve been researching other ways to remove EE using other avisynth plugins, Nuke,etc. Finally I found a technique using After Effects that is probably the best I’m going to accomplish. It’s far from 100% perfect but it’s better

I’m using this shot again as a test since it has some of the worst EE I’ve ever seen. Although it looks softer there is no detail lost between the two images. The BD looks like it has more detail because of the oversharpening.
So using this I’m starting over and rendering out a new version using this technique.
