I think everything is backed-up (especially my projects and family pics) and my new SSD is on order (seemly on the slow boat since its taking 7 days to arrive). I falsely assumed SSDs would be more reliable then there older cousins but when when your SSD rated to last 8 years dies in a year and a half, you change your opinion quickly. I already got the 14gb version of MM3, it's the same as the 720p. No use at all.

Maybe a PaNup.
I think all is needed is a PAL and NTSC versions of the DVD from the same scan that align. Might be worth a shot.

I have have a Pal version. Anyone could get their hands on the NTSC? (of Mad Max 3)
