Small update. The (hopefully) final video for this has been encoded at ~20 to 21. So the video size is about 18GB. With the current audio (still syncing the JPN PCM, it's a mess) that should take the final project size to ~21 or 22GB. So I have a tiny bit of free space and if anyone wants me to include any non-English audio or subs, please send them my way now. I just ask that they are in sync with the original BD.

Both part 2 and 3 are on eBay as 35mm currently. Linked part 3 in the part 3 thread. here's part 2:

Thanks for the heads up Tom
I looked at those shots and while they hint at maybe there being more blue, the one I need the most, McClane on the snow, is ruined by the light of the explosion. So I can't tell if the snow is orange, white or blue.

The snow seems to shift in every transfer anyways.
As for Speed I had the opposite on my setup, after hearing the SR I went home and found my LD pcm felt narrowed and the eq was different. The dvd se and BD 5.1 sounded like discrete renderings of the theatrical audio.
It may be that the LD ac3 reissue has different pcm. I’m still trying to find one or grab the early dvd.

Hmmm. That DH2 print seems to have the Fox logo at its correct proportions when it's squeezed. So I guess theatrical prints had the flat version incorrectly stretched like DH1?
