Hello everyone! Came across this forum while looking for definitive versions of movies I've always heard were messed with when they released in the US and hoping to become a part of the community!

I know I know, divisive film but I would really enjoy getting a Dolby Stereo surround track for this one. It looks like the only way to get that, save having a 35mm print, is to have a LaserDisc or VHS. The Japanese disc looks to be the only one that released it digitally. Also, does anyone know if the DVD ever had a stereo release or was it just 5.1? The film DID have a 70mm release and I'd be curious if it has a good rendition of that mix on there.
Thanks!
