Hi,
I'm using Adobe After Effects for video editing. I've edited some scenes and would like to export them, but I don't know what settings I should use to get the best results. I exported a scene as a sample but somehow AE sets all frames as I-frame (I don't want the original frame settings to be changed), also the extension is .mov and I want .mp4 or .m4v instead if it's possible. What video codec is the best to choose in AE? Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

Some of you might recognize me from OT.com or Fanedit.org. Been a lurker her for a while, figured I might as well join up now that I'm getting back into things over at OT.
So...yeah. Some pretty awesome stuff going on here, hope to be able to help/contribute however I can!

The Film Leader Thread |

This place is for talking about film leaders and creating your own film leaders internally. I, for one, am making my own film leaders as part of a process for creating "reels" for my restorations. Here's just one example:
https://we.tl/9laEP7sisR
Do note that the leader contained in the link above, for restorations of 2-perf 35mm (Techniscope) films, is in a pre-edited state; it doesn't have any markings pertaining to any film, nor is there any 2-pop nor film grain. In any case, the above was made to these specifications.
Oh, any link I post here, you have one week to grab from the moment the link is posted, if you're interested.

For all those clever and in the know The Abyss has just appeared on UK Netflix and the transfer is decent in HD. I personally prefer my Directors Pan and Scan Laserdisc but that’s just me.
Somebody might wanna grab that!
